How Delivery Works
01

02
We Set a Date
Our team matches your request to our routes and confirms any site access details. We coordinate hard goods on the same run when possible, so you get one delivery to receive and one invoice to process.
03
We Deliver & Confirm
Your order arrives on schedule. Make sure the drop-off area is clear, note any access details, and secure cylinders upright in a ventilated space after delivery. Questions on receipt? Our team is a call away.
Gas cylinders and welding supplies

What We Deliver

  • Gases in cylinders, micro-bulk, and bulk. We can also help design an on-site supply system if your usage warrants it.
  • Welding supplies and hard goods that can ship with your gas order - one truck when possible, one invoice for convenience.
  • Cylinder handling gear including carts, racks, and stands to help you store and move cylinders safely after delivery.

One Truck. One Invoice. Simple Receiving.

Coordinating two separate deliveries - one for gases, one for supplies - is an extra scheduling headache you don't need. We combine them whenever the route allows, which simplifies your receiving dock, reduces paperwork, and keeps your supply chain cleaner.

Factory-trained repair technician

Friendly Help When Your Gear Needs Attention

We are an authorized service center for leading brands, which means genuine parts and work that follows factory standards. Our technicians are factory-trained and factory-certified, and every completed repair comes with a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Typical bench repairs are completed in a few weeks - actual timing varies with parts availability and current queue. We'll provide status updates and contact you if anything changes. If you're facing a deadline, tell us when you submit your request and we'll review options up front.

  • Plasma cutters and cutting tables or automation, including full troubleshooting for irregular cut quality or system faults.

Warranty repair service documentation

What Counts as a Warranty Repair?

  • If the unit is within the manufacturer's warranty period and the issue is covered by the brand's policy, we process it as a warranty claim - genuine parts, factory-standard work, no out-of-pocket cost beyond what the warranty covers.
  • If the unit is out of warranty or the issue isn't covered by the manufacturer's policy, we quote a standard repair so you can review the estimate and decide how to proceed. No obligation to continue once you've seen the numbers.
  • We are a certified warranty service center for most major brands, which means we can process warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf - faster resolution, less back-and-forth for you.
How It Works
01
Start a Request
Tell us the model, serial number, and symptoms. Photos are welcome. We'll route it to the right technician and confirm whether it looks like a warranty or standard repair before you bring anything in.
02
Drop Off or Coordinate
We confirm what to bring - the machine, model and serial, and proof of purchase if you believe it's under warranty. We'll set expectations on timing up front, and keep you updated throughout the repair.
03
Approve & Go
You receive an estimate before we proceed. We complete the work, stand behind it with a 90-day parts and labor warranty, and contact you when it's ready for pickup. Clear communication at every step.

Prefer to Avoid Downtime? Ask About Preventive Maintenance.

Scheduled PM, calibrations, and certifications for welders and cutting systems help with performance, equipment longevity, and compliance - well before a problem forces an unplanned repair. Ask us about a maintenance schedule that keeps your machines running and your operation on track.

Vending Solutions

Keep everyday items at the point of use and always in stock.

Place Supplies WhereWork Happens.

CM2 Supply helps you place high-use supplies at the point of use, track who takes what, and refill before you run out. We work with leading platforms including AutoCrib and CribMaster to fit your shop size, item mix, and budget - from a single dispenser on the floor to a full multi-unit install.

Vending isn't just for large plants. We can start with one machine and grow from there. Both AutoCrib and CribMaster offer small footprints and modular add-ons, so the system scales with your operation rather than the other way around.

What Vending Does for You
01
Point-of-Use Access
Teams spend less time walking to the supply room and more time at the bench. Items are where the work happens - gloves, tips, nozzles, abrasives - available on demand without a trip to the stockroom or a supervisor approval for every transaction.
02
Usage Tracking
Badge or employee code login records who took what and when. Real-time inventory and reporting gives you a clear view of usage trends, cost-per-employee data, and item velocity - so you can make smarter stocking decisions with actual consumption data.
03
Auto-Replenishment
Stock levels trigger automatic reorders when they hit a preset threshold, which helps prevent stockouts and eliminates the emergency runs that disrupt production schedules. Configurable rules let you control who can access specific items and when.
Vending hardware and storage options

Hardware Options

  • Dispenser units for high-use items like gloves, contact tips, and nozzles - coil, carousel, or locker configurations available.
  • Tool lockers for larger or higher-value tools and kits that need controlled, accountable access.
  • Weight-sensitive bins for small parts, fasteners, and items that don't dispense individually.
  • RFID solutions for unattended tool-crib control and high-volume or high-value environments.
  • PPE, welding tips, nozzles, liners, abrasives, batteries, small tools, and shop consumables - configurable to match your item mix.

Software Features

  • Badge or ID login for simple, secure access - employees check out items using their badge or employee code, creating a clear, auditable record of every transaction without manual sign-out sheets.
  • Real-time inventory and reporting so you can see usage trends, identify high-consumption items or individuals, and make smarter restocking decisions backed by actual data rather than guesswork.
  • Configurable rules to limit who can take specific items and when - set per-item limits, restrict access by shift or role, and enforce accountability across the entire shop floor from a central dashboard.

How We Set It Up
01
Site Review
We learn your item list, usage volumes, and operational goals. Understanding what moves, where teams work, and what causes stockouts helps us recommend a layout that actually solves the right problems.
02
Recommend a Layout
We recommend a mix of dispensers, lockers, or RFID units based on your item types and access requirements. Every layout is configured to your shop - not a generic template applied regardless of your actual needs.
03
Install & Train
We handle installation and train your team on the software and basic restocking procedures. Your staff will know how to add items, run reports, and manage access rules from day one - no lengthy learning curve.
04
Monitor & Adjust
We stay engaged after go-live, reviewing the reports that matter to you and adjusting thresholds, item lists, or access rules as your needs evolve. The system gets better over time because we're paying attention.
